  • Migrated a 500 employee, seven-department shared Infrastructure Services Organization to a consistent Service Catalog Orientation.
  • Performed a Service Management process maturity assessment across a 1500 employee Technical Operations Division.
  • Performed an organizational efficiency review that identified $8 million savings in restructuring.
