You need C2R if you:

  • have a major application or process that continues to:
    • Crash/Break
    • Perform inconsistently
    • Slow to a crawl
    • Is not meeting the Service Level Agreement 
    …and you can’t seem to find the right person to lead resolution of the root cause issue.
  • desire metrics to represent your System Management performance, reliability, load and/or cost, and you don’t know where to start. 
  • have metrics, but question the validity and appropriateness of them. 
  • have a bunch of data, but you don’t know what to do with it or how to turn it into information. 
  • don’t seem to be catching system or process events with the monitoring you have in place. 
  • have monitoring, but your users continue to complain about the service missing expectations. 
  • would like to get to the next level of process maturity in your organization, but don’t know what that should be or how to start. 
  • would like to better integrate your Service Management Environment or Processes. 
  • don’t have the skill set available, or can’t spare to pull any off of other activities, to lead special project/process transformations. 
  • would like an objective, independent assessment of your processes, and don’t believe you would get that from those that provide or receive the services. 
  • have data and processes in place, but service does not get any better. 
  • feel you have the technology side down pat, but need help on the services aspect.
